So I've taken on a lot more responsibly at work and Gareth has helped me enormously! He's helping me be a manager of a small but ever expanding team, he's helping me brainstorm on lots of ideas for big clients, he's helping me keep my head when all goes wrong!

He's a prince for this.

Bottom line is - two idea generating heads are better then one = ensuring a giant bonus and another raise come December :)

So far it's working...watch this space.
