Because Amy and i aren't going to be together on Xmas day we celebrated it together before i left.
Forget the usual turkey meal. I decided to get a bit creative and made a meal called: 'Melted Snowman'.
On the plate i served up...
Mashed parsnips
Poached chicken (to keep it white)
Cauliflower cheese (baked carefully so as not to brown it)
Bread sauce
Funny white japanese mushrooms
White asparagus
In the centre of the plate i stuck an upright pointy carrot.
It made Amy laugh and it tasted alright.
Quote of the meal came from Amy: "Do you think if we ate enough of this it would make our poo go white?"
