Free Books

AMY SAYS....

Yesterday I was feeling pretty low. Sometimes it feels like I'm a small sandstorm that keeps changing directions in our tiny little room. (Yes this is dramatic - but let me run with it ;)

My boss looked at me with kind eyes and said go get some movies for work, Lock Stock and Two smoking Barrels (don't ask) and buy yourself something to cheer you up. It was so sweet because I hadn't even told him I was blue. So I went to Virgin and picked up two books, one for me and one for G. I made sure they were cheap to be considerate.

I bought myself Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami and I bought Gareth Overheard in New York: Conversations from the Streets, Stores, and Subways by S. Morgan Friedman for FREE!!!

I love Murakamis books and the one you got for Gareth sounds really interesting too. I love listening to stranger's conversation.
