When i was nine I went to school with Zoe Horton.
She was the very first love of my life.
Every week i would spend all my pocket money trying to win her over.
It always involved buying her chocolate and hiding it in her school desk.
I don't think i ever told her it was from me.
Perhaps that was where i was going wrong.
The last i heard Zoe Horton was a electrician and married to a guy from the year above us.
Having just googled her i can safely say that none of these people are her.
